These terms apply to your use of bellalunamarketing.co.uk and to services provided by My Bella Luna Ltd, trading as Bella Luna Marketing Studio, registered in England and Wales (company no. 14940165).

Our services

Prices on this website are starting prices. The scope, deliverables, timescales and fees for each project or monthly package are confirmed in a written proposal or agreement before work begins. Where those documents differ from these terms, the written agreement takes priority.

Payment

Invoices are payable within 14 days unless agreed otherwise. Monthly support and Partner packages are billed in advance. We may pause work on overdue accounts.

Cancellations

Monthly packages can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Work already completed or booked remains payable.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback and any logins or materials we need, and to confirm you have the rights to any content you supply.

Results

We work hard to improve your visibility and growth, but we can't guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or sales, as these depend on factors outside our control.

Intellectual property

Once paid for in full, final work we create for you belongs to you. We may show work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. Content on this website belongs to Bella Luna and may not be copied without permission.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the related service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
